Delays in projects are inevitable and keeping track of those delays is crucial to planning the next phase of the project and projects of a similar type in the future.
Proggio now allows you to take a “Snapshot” of your project so you can compare at a future date, where your project stands today to where it was on day one – How how does this work?
Select the Plan vs Actual tab from the top of the page, enter the description (date/event) and click save, you can do this as many times as you need to.
When you need to compare the project today to another time in the project, simply click the “Plan V’s Actual” tab and select the date that you want to look at. Each workstream will create a shadow of itself showing where the activities were at that specific date.
