Let’s get to know Proggio’s Product Marketing Manager – Angelica Lopez!

A little bit about Angelica:

I am someone who loves trying new things. That is why I love working in startups. I also am someone who likes to organize and build processes. I am the type of person who will open a bag of candy and sort all the candies based off their color before I eat them. It sounds a little funny, but it’s true. I am also someone who loves to travel. I have been 40 of the 50 United States. During Covid, I fell in love with traveling to national parks. Right now, my favorite is Yellowstone, and I also love food. When people ask me what I like to do, I say I like to eat. On the weekends, you will usually find me trying out a new restaurant with friends. As long as what I am eating doesn’t move, I will eat it. I also enjoy learning about history and other cultures. When I binge Netflix, I am usually watching a documentary of some kind. I also have gotten into reading psychology books recently. I love dogs. I try to go to the mountains once every two weeks to snowshoe, hammock, and hike.

Fun Stuff

4. At which store would you like to max-out your credit card?

Zara or Tiffany & Co. When I went to the 5th Avenue Tiffany and Co. flagship store in New York, I cried. When the Zara store opened up in Salt Lake City, I cried.

5. One piece of advice you’d give your younger self?

Stop chasing. Live a life that will attract all the great things that are meant for you.

6. If you could have an unlimited supply of one thing, what would it be?

Sushi. If I could eat it every day I would die a happy woman.

7. What’s the weirdest thing you’ve ever eaten?

Bugs.

8. Would you rather have no phone access for a year or no car access?

No car access. I could find a way to live without a car. I could not survive not being connected to people.

9. What’s at the top of your bucket list?

To go to Antarctica. I want to camp overnight on an iceberg, see penguins, see whales, and do a polar plunge.
