(#210) Sales manager

The Sales Manager will be a key player in the sales team and will be responsible for building and driving a full sales cycle, focusing on enterprise companies, identifying, segmenting, engaging, and converting qualified enterprise prospects into paying customers.

A successful Sales Manager will be a skilled communicator and presenter who can find the best fit between the client and the product. The ideal candidate will be organized, passionate about client relations, and focused on enhancing the buyer experience.

 

Requirements

  • 3+ years in SaaS global Enterprise sales 
  • Fluent English (interviews will be held in English)
  • Solid understanding of enterprise SaaS business model and ecosystem
  • Expertise in acquiring new business, account development, and organizational excellence
  • Skilled communicator and presenter that can effectively communicate Proggio’s value proposition
  • Strong track record achieving annual growth targets
  • Understanding of the Project Management space – an advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or other relevant fields 

 


(#211) Customer Success Manager

The Customer Success Manager will be a key player in the Customer Success team, and will be responsible for customer onboarding, training and long term retention. The ideal candidate will analyze usage trends of existing clients, execute communication activities, maintain tutorials, knowledge base and online user journeys, and build improvement plans and techniques aimed at higher customer retention.

 

Requirements

  • 3+ years in SaaS global Enterprise customer success  
  • Fluent English (interviews will be held in English)
  • Skilled communicator and trainer that can effectively help Proggio’s customers through various channels – Video conferences, email communication, online chat, and face to face.
  • Sales and Service oriented individual.
  • Hand-on and proactive attitude with self-learning abilities. 
  • Understanding of the Project Management space – an advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or other relevant fields – an advantage 

 


(#212) Content Marketing Manager

The content Marketing manager will be working closely with the rest of the marketing team conducting thorough research on industry-related topics and generating ideas for new content types, developing and writing compelling content to engage our target audiences, transforming Product capabilities into engaging content pieces and delivering quality marketing pieces that include: Brochures; solution overviews; success stories; emails, landing pages, website content; blog posts; white papers; guides; and reports.

 

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B content Marketing writing
  • Native English – MUST
  • Proven track record of Marketing contents 
  • Creativity in developing new topics into content assets across various mediums
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with Hubspot – an advantage
  • Familiarity with WordPress – an advantage
  • Understanding of the Project Management space – an advantage

 


(#213) Sr. Web Backend Developer / Full Stack Developer

Proggio is looking for a Sr. developer to join its R&D team, design and develop a unique project management solution. Our mission is to set Enterprise project teams for success using the most modern technology, integration with existing tools, multi-user capabilities and an uncompromising user experience. You can take part in this mission too!

 

Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience as a Full Stack or Backend Developer in modern web technologies – MUST
  • Team player who understands the opportunity joining a growing startup.
  • Computer science or other relevant academic degree.
  • Knowledge and experience in one or more of the following areas – an advantage:
    • Node.js
    • Integration between SaaS systems and with Office suites 
    • Cloud Computing (Heroku, AWS, Google app engine etc.)
    • React/Redux
    • PostgreSQL
